Agree the handover address
Give your full address, including the postcode and any flat or building details, and a contact number. Agree the collection and return details in advance, and tell the team if the device should be returned to a different address.
Prepare your data and contact details
Back up the phone if it is safe and usable. Give an alternative contact method if this is your only phone, so the team can reach you about the repair.

Can I get free collection outside M1–M4?
Yes. Free collection and return covers every M postcode, not just the city-centre districts. Give your full collection address when you book and confirm the collection details with the team.
Will a new Pixel battery fix a charging problem?
A worn battery and a damaged USB-C charging port are different faults. Tell the team about any battery drain, sudden shutdowns or a loose cable before choosing a repair, as the symptoms alone may not show which part needs replacing.
How long should I allow for the repair and return?
It depends on the model, the fault and parts availability. Ask the team for an estimate when you arrange collection. A same-day return is not guaranteed.
What does the 12-month repair warranty cover?
Defects in replaced parts and workmanship relating to the original repair. It does not cover new accidental or liquid damage after the repair. Read the warranty terms
